Training Day:
Hands-On Learning + Certified Professional Designation
Training Day is a dedicated, hands-on experience built to help you go deeper in Quest Analytics’ solutions and leave Vision Quest ready to act. Expect interactive learning labs and workflow-driven sessions led by Quest Analytics SMEs — designed for real-world application, not theory.
This year, you can choose from three focused tracks:
Track 1: QES® Certified Professional
In this hands-on training experience, you’ll work alongside peers and Quest Analytics experts to deepen your understanding of the full QES ecosystem. Through collaborative exercises and real‑world scenarios, you’ll learn to build, manage, and optimize high‑performing provider networks with greater confidence and efficiency.
Throughout the day, you’ll move through QES end‑to‑end, including:
- Provider Hub to take a provider‑centric view of network impact and surface data issues
- Network Integrity Dashboard to quantify data challenges and evaluate how networks compare, evolve, and improve
- Enterprise Compliance Dashboard to compare networks side‑by‑side, assess how they can grow and adapt, and understand how network changes drive stronger member outcomes
- Accuracy tools — from foundational to advanced levels — to sharpen your ability to elevate directory quality
- Compliance & decision‑support workflows that culminate in a mock CMS‑ready exception request
Track 2: QAS® Certified Professional
Track 3: Leadership & Strategy Track (Non-Certification)
Through interactive, discussion‑driven sessions, you’ll explore platform evolution, advanced network strategy, and real‑world enterprise workflows that support smarter decision‑making at scale. You’ll examine how data, insights, and automation come together in QES to drive alignment across teams—from network management and compliance to strategy and operations.
This track also dives into AI and machine learning within QES, highlighting how these capabilities are being applied to improve efficiency, surface meaningful insights, and support more confident, forward‑looking network decisions. Peer dialogue is central to the experience, creating space to share challenges, compare approaches, and learn from how other leaders are navigating complexity.
The Leadership & Strategy track is ideal for leaders who want strategic perspective, practical insight, and a clear view of where provider network intelligence is headed—without pursuing a certification designation.

Who is this certification for?
Anyone who works across the provider network lifecycle — including analysts, strategists, operators, and leaders. Whether you’re hands‑on in the data or responsible for enterprise‑level decisions, there are sessions tailored to your role.
How do I earn the certification?
Attend and participate in the full Training Day program at Vision Quest. Completing the hands‑on labs earns you five credits, which qualifies you for the 2026 Quest Certified Professional distinction.
What will I learn?
You’ll get practical, applied instruction inside QES and QAS workflows; learn how to strengthen accuracy, adequacy, and performance operations; and walk away with problem‑solving experience you can apply immediately in your organization.
What are the benefits of becoming certified?
Certified Professionals gain:
- Enhanced technical and strategic skills
- Increased value to your organization and career growth potential
- Access to exclusive content and certified‑only learning opportunities throughout the year
Do I need experience with QES or QAS to participate?
No — sessions are designed for varying experience levels. You’ll choose the labs that align with your background and goals.
How long is the certification valid?
