Roger Holstein

Chairman, Quest Analytics

For more than 30 years, Roger has been a transformative force leading healthcare into the digital age, empowering consumers and physicians alike with transparent access to the information they need to make informed decisions. Since 2006, Roger is Managing Director at Vestar Capital Partners, where he has led investments in healthcare information services companies, including Quest Analytics, Healthgrades, and Press Ganey. Currently, Roger serves on the Board of Directors of Quest Analytics, Veritas Collaborative and Healthgrades..

Previously Roger has led several of the nation’s leading health information service companies as CEO, President and/or Board member. Roger was a co-President at Medco, where he helped to create the business of prescription benefit management. Roger was CEO at WebMD, which enables more than 100mm consumers and 1mm physicians and health professionals find the information and continuing medical education they need to make more informed decisions about symptoms, diseases, and their treatments.

Roger was CEO at Healthgrades, which helps more than 30mm consumers make more informed decisions by differentiating physicians and hospitals on the basis of quality, experience and satisfaction.

Rita Johnson-Mills

Board Member, Quest Analytics

Rita is a C-suite business to consumer health care executive and former business segment CEO for UnitedHealthcare and Centene Corporation and a current Corporate Director for Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. (BKD). Rita has over 25 years of combined federal, state and private industry experience of which 15 years included direct P&L accountability. Rita chair’s BKD’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on its Investment Committee. Rita is also an NACD Governance Fellow.

Rita led Centene’s Managed Health Services through double digit growth and restored Centene’s Buckeye Community Health Plan to favorability with its state regulators. Rita served as CEO of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of TN, leading it through a successful transformation with the state regulator while maintaining a P&L of approximately $3B annually, serving over 500,000 consumers.

Rita is the recipient of numerous honors and accolades, including a 2017 Most Admired CEO award.

Elizabeth Bierbower

Board Member, Quest Analytics

Elizabeth is a strategic leader with more than thirty years of executive-level experience in the health insurance industry. With a deep understanding of both traditional managed care and value-based care, Beth spent more than 18 years at Humana in several leadership roles including Segment President and a member of Humana’s Executive Management Team, President of the Group and Specialty Segment, Chief Operating Officer of Humana’s Specialty Benefits division and Enterprise Vice President leading Humana’s Product Development and Innovation teams. She currently serves on the Boards of BlueSprig, a provider of ABA therapy to individuals with Autism, and the American Telemedicine Association, a member of the Education and Finance Committees.
