The registration fee covers all event activities, including sessions, conference memorabilia, and post-conference on-demand content accessibility. Quest Analytics may take photos and/or videos of attendees throughout the conference for Quest Analytics use only, and such media may appear on the Quest Analytics Website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future Quest Analytics promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the Quest Analytics convention app. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media. Quest Analytics will apply practical efforts to ensure attendees and staff comply with local health officials and the Hutton Hotel’s recommendations. This may include: requesting vaccination status, proof of COVID test status, symptom tracking (including daily temperature checks), contact tracing, use of personal protection equipment, or other comparable measures.
By registering to attend Vision Quest as an in-person attendee, you are consenting you will comply with any protocols that are made by Quest Analytics, the Hutton Hotel and/or local health officials. Requirements for onsite attendance will be communicated before the start of the conference.
Cancellation & Refund Policies for Vision Quest 2023
Quest Analytics hopes everyone who registers for Vision Quest 2023 will be able to attend in person or virtually; however, Quest understands extenuating circumstances do occur. The Quest Analytics Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Vision Quest 2023 Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to Vision Quest 2023.
- Vision Quest 2023 live or virtual registrations canceled on-line on, or before March 1, 2023 are refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Registrants canceling live or virtual registrations on or after March 2, 2023 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s information.
- In the event Quest must cancel Vision Quest 2023 due to unforeseen circumstances, Quest will refund the cost of all registrations.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents Quest from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
