We will identify Zip Codes that have members without access within the standard, and then list the Next Closest Network Providers for those members and the alternate access standard. We will also identify if there are non-contracted providers that are closer than those next closest network providers. And we’ll end this session with a Quest Enterprise Services (QES) product enhancement discussion around tracking your specialty exceptions in the QES.
